SHIPWIDE EFFECT

[As a result of multiple characters' continued efforts to fuck up the ship, characters (both PCs and NPCs) may be affected by any of the following effects, starting immediately and continuing indefinitely:

• They may become partially or fully intangible. Invisibility to go along with the intangibility is optional, but not required.


• They may lose important memories, in part or in full.


• They may lose the capacity for specific emotions, in part or in full.


• They may find themselves stuck in time loops lasting anywhere from thirty seconds to five minutes, with or without any awareness of the fact that they're looping.


• They may find themselves existing in two places at once, with full awareness of what is happening and with the resulting migraine to prove it.


• Accumulated possessions may disappear.

As at least one powerful magic user is attempting to push back against the destruction and set the ship to rights, the frequency of these effects will wax and wane: they'll affect some people but not others, and will sometimes spontaneously resolve themselves in the people that they do affect. Additionally, the floor of the Grotto will right itself, as will the basin of healing water, which will be able to fill itself to the brim again.]
